Weather/Cancelation Policy
Being that we don't require a deposit there is no penalty for an event cancelation. If bad weather or urgent situation may arise we just ask that you give us proper notice. At this time we can talk about a reschedule date if wanted.

Surface & Yard Requirements
The surface on which we set up the inflatable must be flat and clear of any sharp objects, such as sticks and rocks. There should be no low hanging tree branches or power lines overhead. Concrete or asphalt surfaces are fine, just be sure to let us know ahead of time so we bring the appropriate equipment to secure the inflatable.

Electrical Requirements
We recommend a grounded outlet on a dedicated 20-amp circuit breaker to run the blower that keeps the inflatable inflated. This is a standard garage outlet. If an outlet is unavailable we also rent generators.

Delivery vs. Customer Pick-up
At this time we do not offer customer pick-up for any of our equipment. We take care of the delivery and setup.
